Welcome to Toyo Tires online rebate form! This form is designed to help speed up the overall rebate process by eliminating some of the errors during the information gathering process. If you complete the online form and mail in the documentation the processing time can be decreased by up to 4 weeks (you must still submit all the qualifying paperwork – please see the rebate form for details)! If you decide to only mail in your rebate claim and not pre-register the overall rebate process may take upwards of 6-8 weeks from the time the rebate centre receives your paperwork.
